Yoder Petition to downzone
Alewife Reservation
and adjacent areas

Senior Center on Massachusetts Ave. (opposite City Hall).
The Yoder Petition would:
- downzone the Alewife Reservation
- downzone all the land North of the Alewife Reservation, including the
Arthur D. Little site and the properties along Route 2
- for most of this area
- reduce FAR (Floor Area Ratio) from 2.0 to 0.75
- types of construction would be limited mostly to offices
- change the Arthur D. Little parking lot from office to open space zoning
- more tightly regulate open space zoning of the Alewife Reservation.
