This letter is to inform you of the placement of the above referenced report, dated 3 February 2003, in five public repositories in accordance with the Public Involvement Plan (PIP) prepared for this site (RTN 3-0277).
This RAM Completion Report was prepared in accordance with 310 CMR 40.0830. This notice is intended to satisfy the public notification requirements of the PIP process.
As this is a Completion Report summarizing the results of Utility Trench RAM activities completed at the W. R. Grace Site from November to December 2002, a public comment draft of this report has not been prepared. The Utility Trench RAM was implemented in accordance with the Utility Trench Excavation Release Abatement Measure (RAM) Plan/Asbestos Soil Management Plan (ASMP) dated 11 November 2002. Comments on this plan and the addendum were previously received and incorporated into the final plan.
