This letter is to inform you of the placement of the above referenced report, dated 21 April 2003, in five public repositories in accordance with the Public Involvement Plan (PIP) prepared for this site (RTN 3-0277).
This RAM Completion Report was prepared in accordance with 310 CMR 40.0446. This notice is intended to satisfy the public notification requirements of the PIP process.
As this is a Completion Report summarizing the results of completed Enhanced In-Situ Bioremediation activities at the W. R. Grace Site, a public comment draft of this report has not been prepared. The Enhanced In-Situ Bioremediation RAM was implemented in accordance with the Final Enhanced In-Situ Bioremediation Release Abatement Measure (RAM) Plan dated 18 July 2001. Comments on this plan and the addendum were previously received and incorporated in to the final plan.
