Action Summary - October 11, 2000 Meeting
It was agreed that the NCSC would appeal to the City Council to keep the VFW
Hall matter tabled. Joe Joseph agreed to draft a consent communication
clarifying the inadequate description of neighborhood meetings submitted by
CDD to the City Council.
James Lechoulis presented a revised proposal for the development at the
Patapanian site. The new proposal includes a downsizing to 121 units, with a
larger percentage of affordable units. It includes the likelihood that
Professional Ambulance will be afforded the opportunity to retain their
operation at the site and it also includes the possibility that Mahmood's
automotive operation will be accommodated as well. Mr. Lechoulis agreed to
come before the committee again to answer any further questions.
