Main Agenda:
Middlesex Site - The purchaser of the Middlesex site has erected barrier
walls. He intends to build a housing proposal according to the previously
approved plan. The committee will discuss this development. (7:15 - 7:30)
Linear Park Trees - Ed Norberg (Norberg's Nursery) will discuss the status
of the shade/light problem as it affects his business. (7:30 - 8:00)
134 Elm St. - Variance request at 134 Elm St. to enable the addition of a
driveway. (8:00 - 8:30)

Minutes of October 11 Meeting were accepted without correction.
2. Oaktree - Richard Clarey related that a lawyer has been hired and that
fundraising goals are being met.
Kevin Mayew summarized the Council action regarding the VFW Hall
Joe Joseph Summarized the Grace Trench Excavation Plan
Sam Azzam, new owner of Long's Funeral Home summarized and discussed his
intentions for development of the Long's Funeral Home building. Jim
Goldberg asked questions on behalf of neighbors. The plan involves minor
interior changes only and the intention is to market the property as office space. The
primary difficulty with the site involves the lack of a viable parking scheme.
