1. Dover St./Mass Ave.
Meeting with Susan Clippinger about dangerous Dover Street/Mass Ave interesection
2. Mass Ave Redesign
Landscaping and safety discussion (the redesign is
only on hold. In the interim, the street is an absolute mess)
3. Sheridan Sq.
Update (work started last summer. Redoing this section of road should start again this
spring)
4. Sleeper Park
Update (contract awarded, equipment ordered. Work expected to start this spring, last
through early summer)
5. Linear Park
Tree trimming update (meeting with City officials by relevant trees Saturday morning at 10
AM)
6. Grace Site
USEPA has completed the first phase of its preliminary assessment
7. Other Business
Main Agenda:
Long Funeral Home Discussion: Project's proponent will discuss his plans to
convert funeral home to a multi-use facility. In particular, he will discuss
parking options he is considering. 7:30- 8:00:
City-Wide Zoning Partition: Discussion of Relevant Zoning changes in City
Wide Zoning and upcoming Zoning/development issues for Alewife, Route 2 and
the Quadrangle. 8:00 - 8:30
