Join us at:
Flood Alert! a regional water forum on flooding, sewer and storm water
systems, and water quality
Thursday, Jan. 31st, at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Beth El Temple on
Concord Avenue in Belmont, on the Cambridge line.
It is on public transportation and has ample parking. (The parking lot is
entered from Blanchard Road.)
There will be a substantial
question and answer period. The purpose of the "Flood Alert!" forum is to
address these issues: define the problems, explore the causes, and discuss
actions being taken.
Flood Alert! is co-sponsored by the Mystic River Watershed Association and
the Belmont Citizens Forum and is supported by many other organizations in
Cambridge, Arlington, and Belmont.
